Space Allocation

The allocation of space will be done according to the receipt of a signed Application Form. A completed Application Form accompanied by advance payment should be mailed/faxed to ensure reservation of a desired location.

Exhibitors are welcome to modify any spaces to their specific requirements. A revised floor plan will be included with the booth confirmation (please note that alternatives should be clearly indicated on Reservation Form). Upon receipt of the Application Form, space will be confirmed and an invoice will be mailed. Allocation is on a “first-come first-served” basis. Any space not fully paid for by August 15, 2007, will be subject to resale.

All exhibitors are required to register by filling the Registration Form. The exhibitor will receive badges displaying the company name.

Payment should be made as follows:
40% of total payment due along with Application Form
30% of total payment by May 15, 2007
30% of total payment by September 15, 2007

Basic stand package includes:

• White walls, fitted in aluminum frame, 250 cm high
• Fascia with company name and stand number (in standard lettering)
• 2 chairs, 1 desk
• One spotlight per 3m², excluding electricity and main connection
• One 2-kilowatt electrical socket
• Carpeting

The minimum stand size is 10m².

The "Raw Space" display includes:

• Area reserved by the exhibitor
• One 2-kilowatt electrical socket for every 10 sq.m

Use of equipped space (shell scheme stand construction) will be charged an additional fee of $30 per sq.m. Exhibitors who do not have a standard building system must present their building plans to the management of the exhibition in advance.

The minimum space size is 40m².

Exhibitors designing their own stands are requested to observe the following basic regulations: Each stand needs to be bordered with walls measuring the precise size of the stand (width x depth x height). The general building height of the exhibition is from 3m to 10m high. A copy of stands and displays design, showing exact measurements and heights, must be presented to the exhibition management for approval before September 2007. A range of additional services can be ordered for an extra fee. Details will be available in the Exhibitor's Service Manual provided to exhibitors before the exhibition.
